Getting Started

  • You can either apply for 1-on-1 coaching or contact us with any questions you have.

    If you already know which option you want (Vibe or Drive), you can get started directly from the coaching page. If you’re unsure, applying helps us guide you to the right fit.

  • Once you apply, we review your information and goals. From there, we’ll either:

    • Recommend the most suitable coaching option, or

    • Reach out via email if we need a little more information before getting started.

    You’ll never be locked into something without clarity.

  • No.

    You can apply without selecting Vibe or Drive, and we’ll help guide you based on your needs, goals, and preferences.

Coaching & approach

  • Not necessarily.

    Some clients track macros, others don’t track at all. Your coach will recommend an approach that supports progress without creating unnecessary stress or rigidity.

  • Absolutely.

    While we coach many athletes, you don’t need to train competitively to work with us. Our clients include everyday humans, parents, shift workers, and busy professionals looking to improve energy, habits, and health.

  • We take a holistic view.

    Nutrition doesn’t exist in isolation, so we consider lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement, hormones, mindset, and recovery alongside food.

Coaching options (Vibe & Drive)

  • Both options follow the same coaching philosophy.

    The difference is the level of support and accountability.

    • Vibe offers foundational coaching with regular check-ins and guidance.

    • Drive includes more frequent check-ins, deeper feedback, and higher-touch support.

  • Yes.

    If your needs change, you can discuss switching plans with your coach. Changes are guided by what will best support your goals and progress.

  • No.

    You can apply without selecting Vibe or Drive, and we’ll help guide you based on your needs, goals, and preferences.

  • Yes.

    Both Vibe and Drive have a 3-month minimum commitment. This allows enough time to build habits, gather feedback, and see meaningful progress.

Check-ins & Communication

  • Check-ins are completed through our coaching app and may include written and/or video feedback depending on your plan. We review your progress, challenges, and goals, then adjust your approach as needed.

  • Vibe: Bi-weekly written check-ins with messaging support between check-ins

    Drive: Weekly check-ins with additional video feedback and priority messaging

    Exact cadence may vary slightly depending on your coach and needs.

  • Yes.

    All clients have access to in-app messaging. Response times vary depending on your plan, with Drive clients receiving priority support.

Payments & Billing

  • Pricing for both Vibe and Drive is listed on the 1-on-1 Coaching page.

    All prices are shown transparently so you can decide what works for you before committing.

  • Coaching is billed fortnightly, based on a weekly rate, and processed automatically once you begin.

  • Coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

    After this period, any changes or pauses should be discussed with your coach. We aim to be reasonable and human while maintaining consistency and fairness.

Logistics & Access

  • We use a dedicated coaching app where you’ll access:

    • Check-ins

    • Messaging

    • Resources

    • Progress tracking

    Details are provided once you’re onboarded.

  • Yes.

    We’re based in Australia but coach clients worldwide, with coaches across different time zones.

  • Yes.

    Many of our clients work shifts or manage unpredictable routines. Coaching is adapted to your schedule, energy, and lifestyle.
